SHRETT is a project that works with pre-orders. If you sign up for our email newsletter or click “reserve now” at the bottom of this page you will be able to reserve one. A reservation does NOT cost anything and we won’t ask for your payment details. Once we have enough orders we will start producing, and notify the clients that reserved a SHRETT. So if you reserve today, keep in mind that it may take 2-3 months before you receive your SHRETT. We will keep you informed about the progress and trust us…it’s worth it! 

You can only buy SHRETT in Hong Kong for now. We produce in China and we don’t want to distribute internationally by sea freight or air freight due to the increased costs during the pandemic. The SHRETT would become too expensive for our clients. Instead, we send them to Hong Kong by road. We intend to roll out to other countries within 12 months by appointing agents.

Yes, there is. The shredded plastic is worthless if we don’t collect it, since if you leave it in a normal collection bin it is not recognised as recyclable plastic by the regular collectors and ends up in the landfills. It will only be 100% recycled if we collect it and take it to our recycling plant. For the collection we charge a fee which is at least 50% below market rate. This means if we collect you will save so much that you earn your SHRETT back in 18 months. Yes, we replace your SHRETT for free if it breaks down and can’t be fixed. The warranty period is 18 months.
